Brilliant!

They delivered the bouquet to a restaurant where we booked a table for my daughters birthday dinner. The boutique was beautifully hand tied and much more vibrant and bigger than it looked ok the website!

I ordered this bouquet around 11pm on the 13th and they were delivered on the 14th around lunctime and the bouquet looked amazing!

Easy internet ordering. Flowers from the chosen florist we beautifully fresh. Recipient was very happy to receive these flowers.

I found a bouquet online which was suitable for the occasion as it matched the recipients colour scheme. I ordered & paid for it online & was given the order number & confirmation that it would be delivered next day which is what I wanted. However the next morning I received & text message & an email stating that they didn’t do the colour that I wanted so I had to change it to whatever they had that was similar. I was a bit disappointed as I only chose it online for specifically the colour & the picture was just what I was looking for. Although this wasn’t exactly what I wanted I still went ahead with the order as time was of the essence & the flowers were very nice when delivered but just not what I had chosen on the website.

Positives: the website was easy to navigate and purchase straightforward. I booked flowers to arrive same day on a Saturday (pre-Mother's day) and supplied a message for the card. My booking was made well within the timescales detailed on website for same-day delivery and was not cheap, at almost £70 for a basic seasonal bouquet. Flowers did not arrive. I chased, no response. The flowers finally arrived the following day, with a message in the card that now made no sense. No apology or explanation from Direct2florist, won't be using again and would advise anyone needing a reliable service to avoid.

Very easy to use website. Great price and fast service, can order for flowers the next day. There wasn’t the option of “thinking of you” or sympathy flowers, but I was able to put the occasion in the box provided. The flowers were just what I wanted. Very happy
